Fabrics
We use only the finest fabrics in the world, sourced exclusively
from premier mills in the UK and Italy. In addition, our advice
is impartial and based upon your circumstances and requirements.
Linings
Our suits are lined with pure silk (charmeuse, taffeta, brocade)
and Bemberg rayon. Both offer unsurpassed quality and comfort,
and will neither fade nor shrink.
Construction
The bespoke suits comprise of a full horsehair canvas. This is an
exclusive lightweight item that adds lasting shape and body to the
coat front without the heavy stiffness of the lesser quality 'fused'
canvas used in most ready-to-wear suits.
Buttons/ Thread
We use natural 'smoked' horn for suits and Mother of Pearl for dress
shirts. These offer durability and a richness of color and texture
unmatched by man-made materials. The button-holes are made from
silk thread that provides strength, elasticity, and color brilliance.
